Insurance

I am in network for both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Choice Insurance Plans.  I also will work with out of network insurance companies and private pay clients. At the time of the initial phone call we will take your insurance information and will check your benefits as a courtesy to you.  Ultimately though, you are responsible to know your benefits and for any fees that your insurance does not cover.
